Shipping Method:
UPS ground, UPS 3-day select, UPS 2nd day air, UPS next day air from California are available.
We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for a full refund or exchange. Unused or defective merchandise must be returned within 14 business days after purchase for an exchange or full refund. We will refund shipping charges if an incorrect or a defective item was sent.
All returned merchandise must be in the condition it was received in with all the appropriate tags attached and in the original packaging.
Exchanges/Refunds will be subject to our inspection and approval. Returns & exchanges will only be accepted by completing the Return Form at the bottom of the page. Please click on the link to complete this form and submit it with your returned merchandise. Items must be returned in the original packaging. Please ship with a carrier that will provide a tracking number to ensure that your package does not get misdirected. Packages must be returned prepaid. We do not accept COD.
We do not accept returns on products that were not purchased via this website. If you have purchased an item from an authorized retailer and you wish to return/exchange/refund your bag, you must bring it back to the reseller from whom the merchandise was purchased.
Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 5-7 business days. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
